PRODUCT MANAGER

Part-time

3+ years experience with NYC Interior Design firm

TECHNICAL

• Studio Designer proficiency required

• Google Sheets and Docs required

ADMINISTRATION

• Understanding of detailed product orders including custom furniture to place accurate orders

• Assist with obtaining vendor quotes and place all orders

• Assist with weekly client status reports

• Expedite product orders and weekly expediting reports to Receiving Warehouse and Principal Designer

• Manage damage claims by determining and implementing creative solutions to complex logistical problems

• Assist bookkeeper with reconciling project finances

DESIGN ASSISTANT

Part-time or Full-time

3+ years experience with NYC Interior Design firm

TECHNICAL

• AutoCAD proficiency required

• Perform site measures and draw as-built plans

• Draw and assist designing plans, elevations, sections, custom furniture

• Sketchup preferred to develop 3D renderings

• InDesign to assist Principal with presentations

• Create and issue Schedules to Contractors with corresponding plans

• Studio Designer knowledge required

• Google Sheets and Docs required

• Specify detailed product orders including drawings for custom furniture

ADMINISTRATION

• Perform site visits to oversee construction and installations

• Manage decorative installations and coordinate logistics

• Assist obtaining vendor quotes and placing orders

• Assist with weekly client status reports

• Assist managing damage claims

• Assist pulling samples

• Scheduling with vendors and clients

• Record meeting notes and distribute to clients

• Day to day support with projects and office operations including errands
